Tofu

Firm Tofu: A water packed firm tofu, it is also known as Chinese style tofu. This product is excellent for slicing and pan frying, braising and grilling. It is often found cubed in miso soup. You are only limited by your imagination.
Soft Tofu: Also water packed, this tofu is softer than the Chinese style. It is most often used for cubing into soups, deep frying, and mapo tofu.
